John Kim
Associate
John Kim joined Jones Halls as an Associate in 2025 and has practiced law since 2021. He serves as bond counsel, disclosure counsel, and underwriter’s counsel in public financing transactions.
He represents cities, counties, school districts, and other governmental entities throughout California, as well as national and regional investment banking firms.
Prior to joining Jones Hall, John was an associate at a law firm in Los Angeles, where he represented various clients in complex real estate transactions, including, acquisition, disposition, real estate finance and leasing matters.
In his free time, John enjoys going on road trips and visiting National Parks.
