Julie has been practicing bond law since 2001 and joined Jones Hall as a paralegal in 1999. She serves as bond counsel, disclosure counsel and underwriter’s counsel in financings that include:
Multifamily housing revenue bonds
Lease revenue bonds
Certificates of participation
Utility revenue bonds
General obligation bonds
501(c)(3) financings
Julie represents school districts, cities, counties, housing authorities and joint powers authorities throughout California, as well as national and regional investment-banking firms. Her practice focuses primarily on bond counsel and disclosure counsel work for school districts, and she also has extensive experience serving as bond counsel on multifamily housing revenue bonds.
Julie enjoys playing tennis and has spent many hours on her bike training for metric century and century rides raising money for charity.
