Sarina Kernberg

Sarina Kernberg joined Jones Hall as an Associate in 2023 and has practiced law since 2021. Sarina previously worked at Jones Hall from 2015 to 2018 as a Disclosure Analyst. She has experience as bond and disclosure counsel across a variety of public finance transactions, including among others:

Certificates of Participation
Lease Revenue Bonds
Tax and Revenue Anticipation Notes
She represents cities, counties, school districts, and other governmental entities throughout California, as well as national and regional investment banking firms.
Prior to joining Jones Hall as an associate, Sarina worked at a law firm in San Francisco where she represented clients in complex civil and commercial litigation matters.
